DELIVERY

We deliver Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, and we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours aiming for a 5 day delivery window. Please note estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Estimated delivery times given commence from the date of dispatch. H.H Féluna is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. Please note we cannot ship orders to a PO Box.

Same day delivery in the UK ONLY is available on request if you order before 1pm on Monday-Friday for an additional £25. We aim to deliver orders placed by 4.30pm on Monday-Friday the next working day. Orders placed after 4.30pm on Friday and on Saturday/Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week. Please email s

A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the United Kingdom and Europe there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.


INSURANCE

H.H. Féluna insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by H.H. Féluna , and transfer of responsibility in the same way.


RETURNS

When you place an order with us on hhfeluna.com, you are welcome to return them for a full refund only if the item is faulty and provided you return it within 14 days. Please note Items are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered.provided you return them within 14 days of delivery.

Items should be returned, unused and with all garment tags still attached. Our branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

Where provided, any packaging such as instructions, authenticity cards, dust bags, and any tags should be included with your return. Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any returns paperwork.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them . In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send

REFUNDS

Should a refund be due , it will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.  On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider
